No mechanical work allow on the property. It brings with it
stacked tires, and auto parts set aside for the next weekend repairs, etc.
Keeping Your Place Clean and maintained.
We do not want to get medical booster shots before doing a walk through inspection. If our maintenance person arrives and your cleaning habits suck, he's not there to do your cleaning or to clean out the kitty litter box so he can breathe. He'll have you clean the area he's working before he does his maintenance. We want to be disease free and lung disease free when leaving your residence. This may sound funny but some maintenance stories are not. If there is a hygiene problem our maintenance person experiences, its best to find another landlord.

No storing tires.
No hobbie jobs on property, inside or out.
We will not allow close friendships or family members come between us and the management of any property. Our loyalties are to our rental owners and current resident's, not family members or very close friends. This one hurts, but it hurts worse if issues arise.
No Co-Signing.
Before completing form below, to be upfront, we don't work with poor credit history behaviors. There is a big difference between establishing good credit and destorying your credit.
Debt to income levels need to be sound and healthy.
